The hydraulic oils from SCHWING-Stetter

High performance and safety

The hydraulic oils Classico, Ultimo and Organico are specially tailored to the requirements of hydraulic systems in concrete pumps, truck-mixers and pump systems for industry and the environment from SCHWING-Stetter. In combination with the powerful original filter elements, they ensure excellent power delivery and high reliability. At the same time, they protect the high-quality hydraulic components from corrosion and minimize wear. Classico offers high performance and a long service life as a high-quality basic hydraulic oil. Ultimo, the high-performance hydraulic oil from SCHWING-Stetter, offers maximum performance, a service life that is more than twice as long and even better protection of the hydraulic components.

The advantages at a glance

Classico – the basic hydraulic oil

  • High-quality hydraulic oil tailored to the requirements of the hydraulic systems of SCHWING-Stetter products

  • Very good protection of the hydraulic components over the entire temperature range thanks to the high viscosity index

  • High cleanliness class for high operational reliability

  • No fixed change intervals: The hydraulic oil is exchanged based on the results of the oil analysis to be carried out by the owner

Ultimo – the high-performance hydraulic oil

  • High-performance hydraulic oil for maximum performance and maximum reliability of the SCHWING-Stetter machines

  • Optimal protection of the hydraulic components over the entire temperature range due to very high viscosity index

  • Reduced downtimes and longer operating times due to significantly longer service life (> 4,500 operating hours)

  • Very high cleanliness class through prefiltration for maximum operational safety

  • Up to 4% lower use of energy (fuel / electricity) in the drive train of the pump due to lower density

  • No fixed change intervals: The hydraulic oil is exchanged based on the results of the oil analysis to be carried out by the owner
