In order to support customers in the safe and efficient operation of their machines and systems, SCHWING-Stetter has been creating short tutorials on various products since the beginning of 2018. In these short films, we show typical steps, display relevant information and list the tools required. The tutorials, produced by a professional film team, are published on the <link https: www.youtube.com channel ucmvu4z-uqqzjxvxgfzxfp_a external-link-new-window internen link im aktuellen>company's own YouTube channel. Last year, four tutorials were produced on topics related to truck-mounted concrete pumps and the maintenance of truck-mixers. Since the beginning of 2019, all SCHWING truck-mounted concrete pumps have had stickers affixed to them with a QR code and an NFC chip so that machine operators and service technicians can access these videos quickly and directly if required. The respective video on YouTube can be accessed directly by scanning the QR code (SCAN) or alternatively by reading out the NFC chip by placing the smartphone or tablet on the chip (TAP). This means that the required information is available at the right time and in the right place.
